I believe in the value driven culture where leaders drive values. Those values form our behaviors. The behaviors we use to treat other people around us. People, every day we work with, our colleagues, managers, trainers, customers etc. We treat them nicely & make them feel safe and secure. Those behaviors shape our culture and ultimately drive success.
Organizations do not change, people change. When people change, they change the organization. So the question is how do we change people?

I have completed a 58 weeks diploma in web application from trios college toronto. I have also completed react & redux courses that landed me a couple of jobs as a frontend developer.

Now I am doing a Google UX design professional certificate from coursera. My aim is to learn how to empathize with users to understand their needs & problems, and come up with ideas to solve problems for them.

Beside an eagerness of becoming a better UX designer, I am a professional photographer. I love going out with my DSLR camera to take some amazing photos, edit them in Lightroom and post them on Instagram.
